Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation
Provides free treatment journals to help families stay organized during treatment, print and online versions available. The journal helps parents stay organized and keep track of important information during treatment. Also has a comprehensive list of childhood cancer resources.

Caregiver Action Network 
Educates, supports, empowers and speaks up for the more than 50 million Americans who care for loved ones with a chronic illness or disability or the frailties of old age. NFCA reaches across the boundaries of diagnoses, relationships and life stages to help transform family caregivers’ lives by removing barriers to health and well being.

Caregiver Media Group
Provides information, support and guidance for family and professional caregivers. Produces Today’s Caregiver magazine, provides the “Fearless Caregiver Conferences”, offers the caregiver.com website, and provides a resource list of regional support groups.

Family Caregiving Alliance
Uniting research, policy and practice, manages the National Center on Caregiving (NCC) to advance the development of high-quality, cost effective programs and policies for caregivers in every state in the country. The NCC sponsors the Family Care Navigator, a first-of-its-kind, state-by-state, online guide to help families in all 50 states locate government, nonprofit, and private caregiver support programs.

Kids Konnected
Provides a supportive environment to children so that they can share their feelings alongside other children going through the same thing. Provides free services such as support groups, summer camps, education, and fun events that allow the children to have a break from their parents cancer diagnosis.

National Alliance for Caregiving
Provides support to family caregivers and the professionals who help them and to increasing public awareness of issues facing family caregivers. Coordinates a non-profit coalition of national organizations focusing on issues of family caregiving. Alliance members include grassroots organizations, professional associations, service organizations, disease-specific organizations, a government agency, and corporations.
